Kristin Beran Krupp Named New Manager of Long & Foster’s Village of Midlothian Office

Kristin Beran Krupp, a real estate professional for 13 years and managing partner of The Beran Group, has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Village of Midlothian office, located at 1100 Jefferson Green Circle in Midlothian, Virginia. Krupp replaces Amy Enoch, who was named as manager of the company’s Tuckahoe office on May 15.

Krupp and her mother, Sherry Beran, founded The Beran Group in 2004 and the team has consistently been one of the top performing in the Village of Midlothian office. Together, they have sold more than $195 million in real estate volume and are considered among the top sales agents in the nation. She was also named Rookie of the Year for Long & Foster’s Richmond region and is a graduate of the Richmond Association of Realtors’ Leadership Development Academy.

Krupp is a member of the Founder’s Club of the Long & Foster Gold Team and holds the advanced real estate designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She is a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors and the Richmond Association of Realtors, where she has served on the MLS Committee and Legislative Committee.

Krupp is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations. She was born and raised in the Chesterfield County area, and she has extensive knowledge of the Richmond region.
