Kim Green Joins Long & Foster’s Ocean Front Office in Virginia Beach, Va.

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest privately-owned residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Kim Green to it Ocean Front office, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Green will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Green successfully completed Long & Foster’s STEP program, an extensive training course for newly licensed sales associates. The program’s curriculum covers contracts, agency, prospecting, business planning, finance and working with buyers and sellers. Green holds membership in the Virginia Association of Realtors.

Green relocated to Virginia Beach in 2013 from Alabama where she has been a licensed Realtor since 1991. She is also the daughter of the Kay and Wendell Thomas who are affiliated with Long & Foster in Richmond, Virginia. Green graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management. She thoroughly enjoys and has a passion for decorating and she is married with two children in college. Green said she looks forward to supporting her clients with all of their real estate needs.
