Kia Athanas-Smith Joins Long & Foster’s Art Herling Group in Wayne

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Kia Athanas-Smith to its Wayne, Pennsylvania office where she will be working with top producing agent, Art Herling. This office is managed by Vice President Janet Rubino. Athanas-Smith will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Athanas-Smith has been a local realtor for over 10 years.   Specializing in residential properties on the Main Line and surrounding areas, she shares in the excitement with her clients when they buy or sell their home.  Athanas-Smith has built her business on the firm foundation that your home is one of your most valuable assets.  She offers her clients useful advice and coaching through the entire home buying or selling process.   Athanas-Smith is committed to providing excellent customer service, and it is through that commitment that she has earned her client’s trust and loyalty.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Athanas-Smith attended culinary school in New York City. After graduating from culinary school, she was a restaurateur, owning multiple cafes. While the culinary arts remain a hobby, her passion is real estate. Athanas-Smith and her husband have lived and raised their children on the Main Line in Philadelphia for 26 years.  She enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, and traveling to her home in Naples, Florida.
