August 1, 2017

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Kate Hill to Blue Bell’s satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike, where she will be working with Art Herling and Karen Horn. This office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips. Hill will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Kate join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Weidman-Phillips. “The combination of Long & Foster and Kate’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

“We’re so pleased to announce Kate Hill has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Kate has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Blue Bell office and our company.”

Hill said joining Long & Foster was an easy choice. Being one of the top producing, privately owned real estate companies in the country, the dedication to employee development and the excellent reputation that comes along with being a Long & Foster agent were her top reasons for joining. Hill grew up in Abington, Pennsylvania, and now resides in Palmyra, New Jersey. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Lock Haven University. Her passions are coaching, being physically active, her family and learning. Hill said she is elated to be partnered with Long & Foster and looks forward to her future with the company.
