Julie Woulfe has joined Long & Foster's Ocean City, Md., office.

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Julie Woulfe to its Ocean City, Md., office. Woulfe brings to her new position a background in retirement planning and financial services, providing her the experience needed to help buyers and sellers achieve real estate success.

“I made the decision to join Long & Foster because of the stellar reputation the company has enjoyed for so many years in the Mid-Atlantic,” Woulfe said. “Long & Foster truly supports and trains its agents, and I felt it was just the right company to launch my new career. I love coastal Maryland and I feel the real estate on and near the water here is currently of extremely good value. I plan to use the technology and marketing resources provided by Long & Foster to assist my clients in understanding the value of this real estate.”

Before her real estate career, Woulfe worked as a retirement plan consultant, specializing in 401(k) plans, for over 20 years. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Institute for Paralegal Training, and currently belongs to the Coastal Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

In her spare time, Woulfe enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, platform tennis and ping pong, and she serves on the Racquet Sports Advisory Committee for Ocean Pines, Md. She is also the founder of the Pickleball Club in Ocean Pines and serves on the club’s board of directors as the secretary and membership coordinator. Additionally, Woulfe volunteers her time as a pickleball instructor to Delmarva area residents and visitors.

“We are very excited to have Julie join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Stan Zaremba, branch manager of Long & Foster’s Ocean City, Md., office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Julie’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Woulfe, along with her spouse, Terry, raised three sons in Baltimore, Md., before moving to Ocean Pines, Md., four years ago. For more information, visit www.LongandFoster.com.
