Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Jim Bremm to its Grove office in Richmond, Virginia. Bremm will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Bremm holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.

With a passion for real estate, Bremm has often been in the shoes of both buyers and sellers, setting him apart from many others in the business. Bremm holds a Virginia and Connecticut Real Estate licenses, and a Connecticut Mortgage Banking License.

Bremm holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing, an MBA in marketing and management and has been certified in Mediation and Conflict Resoluton since 2012. Bremm has spent 25 years on both the real estate side and financial side of the business as a mortgage banker and broker. In addition, he worked as U.S. Product Director with Monster.com developing online platforms for Monstermoving, a relocation platform for consumers and corporations.

Most importantly, Bremm has plenty of experience with buying and selling homes. He and his family experienced local as well as interstate moves several times from Connecticut to Virginia, New York City, and Washington, D.C.
