Jackie Ball Joins Long & Foster’s Art Herling Group in Blue Bell

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Jackie Ball to Blue Bell’s satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike, where she will be working with Art Herling and Jane Healy. This office is managed by Debora Weidman-Phillips, vice president of Long & Foster Real Estate. Jackie will specialize in working with rehab investors, homebuyers and sellers.

Ball has been a licensed Realtor for two years; however her background and experience extend beyond her years as a licensed Pennsylvania agent. As the Project Community Coordinator for the Williamsburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority in Williamsburg, Virginia, Ball worked with a developer to build a new subdivision of over 20 homes.

“My first stop with a broker was at Long & Foster in Blue Bell. I left and went to a different broker for two months, then realized that my growth and successful exposure in the business came from Long & Foster,” said Ball. “So, I am back, and feel like I never left. Jane Healy and Art Herling welcomed me immediately.”

Ball attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. and majored in journalism with emphasis in marketing and editing.  Ball is happily married with two grown daughters. They live in the Mt. Airy neighborhood in Philadelphia and enjoy travelling abroad. Jackie and her two daughters are the authors’ of the book, Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. She is also the founder of “Baller Business Professionals,” where she hosts annual networking events. People are her passion and building lasting relationships is what drives her to being a success in real estate.
