Glenn Cappe has been named as the branch manager of Long & Foster Real Estate's Federal Hill office in Baltimore, Maryland.

Long & Foster Real Estate, the nation’s No. 1 privately owned residential real estate company, has named Glenn Cappe as the branch manager of its Federal Hill office in Baltimore, Maryland. A lifelong Baltimore resident, Cappe brings to her new position seven years of real estate experience, most recently with Long & Foster’s Lake Roland office.

“I’m so excited to join the leadership team at Long & Foster and take on this new opportunity at the brokerage’s amazing Federal Hill office,” said Cappe. “Real estate has been in my blood since I was a kid—my mom worked as an agent for 30 years—and I’m confident that, with my passion for the business and my knowledge of the local market, as well the exceptional support and services offered by Long & Foster, our office and agents will achieve even greater success in real estate.”

Cappe earned her real estate license in 2010, while studying for her undergraduate degree at Towson University. Upon graduation from Towson, where she earned a degree in marketing and public relations, she joined her mother’s real estate team at Long & Foster’s Lake Roland office. Cappe’s extraordinary commitment to her clients helped her grow her business from three sales in her first year to over $10 million in sales in the past year.

“In today’s competitive market, it takes an immense amount of commitment, passion and knowledge to help real estate agents achieve success,” said Cindy Ariosa, senior vice president and regional manager of Long & Foster’s Baltimore and Western Maryland region. “We are confident that naming Glenn as manager of our Federal Hill office will help us continue to do just that. This is how our firm has helped buyers and sellers meet their homeownership goals for nearly 50 years and how we’ll continue to do so in the years to come.”

Cappe is a member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association (REMDA), and she has served as a board member for REMDA since 2013, overseeing their website and social media presence. In her spare time, she also volunteers with local youth outreach programs.
