Terra Ecker has joined Fonville Morisey Realty as a full-time sales associate of the Chapel Hill office.

Ecker attended Philadelphia University as a scholarship athlete for their volleyball program. She spent three years as team captain, receiving all-conference, all-tournament and all-academic honors. She graduated in 2015 with Summa Cum Laude honors and a degree in international business and finance. Following graduation, she worked for a boat brokerage firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, before moving back to Chapel Hill to pursue a real estate career.

“One of the main reasons I moved back to the Chapel Hill area is that Chapel Hill is and will always be where my heart is,” Ecker said. “I love being close to my family and near my Tar Heels.”

Ecker is a member of the Orange Chatham Board of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
