Weidman-Phillips will oversee three Long & Foster offices on the New Jersey shore—its Longport, Sea Isle City and Margate locations.

Weidman-Phillips began her real estate career in 1981 and has served her local and state Realtor associations in many leadership roles and on an impressive number of committees. She has accumulated many honors over the 30-plus years she’s been in real estate.  Most notably, Weidman-Phillips is very active with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is currently serving as president of NAR’s Real Estate Business Institute.  She has also served as president of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors.

“I’m honored to take on this new role with Long & Foster’s exceptional team on the Jersey shore,” said Weidman-Phillips. “I look forward to supporting the talented agents in the Longport, Sea Isle City and Margate offices and building the company brand throughout southern New Jersey.”
