Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Candace Faircloth to its Strawberry Street office in Richmond, Virginia. Faircloth will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Faircloth successfully completed Long & Foster’s STEP program, an extensive training course for newly licensed sales associates, as well as associates returning to the field of real estate. The program’s curriculum covers contracts, agency, prospecting, business planning, finance and working with buyers and sellers. Faircloth holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.

Faircloth lives in Richmond’s Northside neighborhood with her partner, Patrick, their dog Bella and two rescue kittens.  She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with degrees in psychology and religious studies.
