Bailey Duplessie Joins Long & Foster’s Grove Office in Richmond, Virginia

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Bailey Duplessie to its Grove office in Richmond, Virginia. Duplessie will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Duplessie is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Duplessie holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.

“Since I was a child I have always had a passion for homes and knew since I was young that this was the career path that I wanted to follow,” Duplessie said.

Duplessie is originally from Bethesda, Maryland but moved to Richmond to attend the University of Richmond after falling in love with both the campus and the city. She graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in communications and decided to make Richmond her forever home.
