Blue Bell-based team ranked 40th in REAL Trends’ The Thousand

The Art Herling Team of Long & Foster Real Estate has been named as one of the top real estate teams in the nation. The Blue Bell and Wayne, Pennsylvania-based team ranked 40th out of 1.3 million agents nationwide by its 2017 closed transaction units, according to the annual REAL Trends’ The Thousand list. They also earned the No. 46 spot on The Thousand for top teams by sales volume last year. With these results, the Art Herling Team also takes the title of top-ranking Long & Foster team by sales volume and transaction sides.

Art Herling, a real estate veteran with nearly 40 years of experience, leads the Art Herling Team, which includes a number of top-producing agents. Their heavy market presence in the Philadelphia suburbs has resulted in the team being ranked first among real estate groups in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. Herling credits the team’s energy, top-notch customer service, efficient communication processes, forward-thinking marketing and insider knowledge to their success.

“We are pleased to have been named to REAL Trends’ The Thousand list once again for both transaction sides and volume,” Herling said. “We continuously strive to provide each of our clients with the best service possible. This ranking is a testament to our dedication to our buyers and sellers, as well as to the hard work of our entire team of agents.”

In total, seven teams and two individual agents from Long & Foster were named to the REAL Trends list. Now in its 13th year, The Thousand list ranks the top 250 individual agents and the top 250 teams categorized by transaction sides and sales volume, as well as the top 50 individual agents and teams by average sale price.

“I’d like to congratulate Art Herling and his team on their sales success and top ranking in REAL Trends. This honor reflects the commitment to service, professionalism and expertise that their group and our family of real estate experts aim to provide,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “It’s because of agents like Art that Long & Foster is the top real estate company in the Mid-Atlantic and will remain as such for years to come.”
