Art Herling and his team of agents at Long & Foster’s Blue Bell/Devon/Wayne office achieved more than $23 million in total sales volume for the month of May. The group, which is one of the top real estate groups in the Delaware Valley as well as the state of Pennsylvania, has reached over $97 million in sales year-to-date, with almost 270 transaction sides.

Sales for this May were up 55 percent over May 2015. Home buyers and sellers are turning to Herling and his group to accomplish their real estate needs. Herling said, “Our team has 200-plus listings in the area and this heavy market presence generates an enormous amount of leads for our group. The energetic formula of our high-tech, high-touch approach and unique forward-thinking marketing gets homes sold and keeps production and sales at an all-time high. As the marketplace has its challenges, more home buyers and sellers are recognizing us as the go-to agents to get their homes sold or find a new one and, as a result, we are one of the fastest growing groups in the Delaware Valley.”

Herling is a 36-year veteran of the real estate profession and has been involved in nearly every aspect of real estate, from sales to management, to home building and land acquisition. He specializes in luxury home sales, both resale and new construction, and his superior sales skills have made him Long & Foster’s No. 1 agent in Pennsylvania, the No. 4 agent in Pennsylvania overall, and the No. 1 agent in the suburbs which includes Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties, as well as the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Highly respected for his expertise, he is frequently solicited by area experts to offer his insider knowledge and to provide a pulse of the new home and resale market.
