Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Alanna Clark to its Grove office in Richmond, Virginia. Clark will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Alanna join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Dawn Bradley, manager of the Grove office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Alanna’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Clark is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Clark holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.

“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Participating in our Success Path program has provided Alanna with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Alanna to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for over 50 years.”

Clark is a third-generation realtor so her love of real estate is inherent. She grew up as an army brat, moved frequently, and always appreciated the adventure of a new location. She had the privilege of participating in some overseas tours, including Germany and Belgium.

An alumnus of The College of Wooster, Clark graduated with a  liberal arts degree. She was a studio art major with a minor in history, with a focus on British studies and studied a semester abroad in London. Her love for esthetics continues today, shown by her love of antiques and repurposed items, and staying current with new interior design trends.

Clark started her real estate career as a new homes sales manager, getting to know the industry from the builder side. Switching to residential real estate was an easy transition and one that made sense. Clark takes pride in guiding others with one of the biggest purchases or sales they will make in their lives.  If you are buying a home, Clark will go the extra mile working for you in the quest for your slice of paradise. If you are parting ways with a property, she will work around the clock to help with your home selling journey.

Clark moved to Richmond in 2015, and began an immediate love for everything Richmond has to offer including its history, shops, restaurants, museums and parks. She spends her free time with her daughter and family, which include furry friends. Clark also seeks adventure, loves nature and has an affinity for running, yoga, long walks, boating, and shopping.
