Adrienne Ward Joins Long & Foster’s Art Herling Group in Blue Bell

August 1, 2017

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Adrienne Ward to Blue Bell’s satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike, where she will be working with Art Herling and Jane Healy. This office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips. Ward will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Adrienne join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Weidman-Phillips. “The combination of Long & Foster and Adrienne’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

“We’re so pleased to announce Adrienne has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Adrienne has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Blue Bell office and our company.”

Ward, who began her real estate career in 2005, moved to North Wales, Pennsylvania in 2017. When she was in the process of buying her home, she built a great relationship with the Long & Foster listing agent, and several months later she met Healy while working with a buyer interested in Healy’s listing. Ward knew of Long & Foster’s strong positive reputation in the real estate industry, and shared with Healy that she was looking to move to an office closer to her home. After visiting Healy’s office, Ward knew it was the right one for her.

While working with Exit Tri-State Group in 2008, Ward earned the advanced real estate designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist. She was also recognized as one of eight agents that achieved top gross commission in the state of Pennsylvania.

Ward has a Bachelor of Science degree in consumer services from Norfolk State University and her master’s in administration of human services from Chestnut Hill College. She and her husband, Eric, have been married for 25 years and they have two children; Duncan, an IT specialist, and Brianna, an assistant activity coordinator for Souderton Mennonite Home. Ward is a member of the True Light Fellowship Church. She is also a master crocheter and, along with Adrienne Clarke, owns Creative Crochet Designs and Accessories.
