Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Adam Lopate to its Wayne, Pennsylvania office where he will be working with top producing agents, Art Herling, Abby Trimborn and Bob Kiziroglou. This office is managed by Janet Rubino, vice president and manager of Long & Foster’s Wayne/Devon office.

“We are really excited to have Adam join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Rubino. “The combination of Long & Foster and Adam’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Lopate has just begun his real estate journey and currently has one year of experience. When asked what drew him to work with Long & Foster, Lopate said, “Their creative approach to investment real estate and their presence in the new construction niche.”

“We’re so pleased to announce Adam has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Adam has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Wayne office and our company.”

Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Lopate attended Stockton University, where he studied finance. During college, he aspired to work on Wall Street as a stock broker. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Philadelphia to work as a financial consultant for Morgan Stanley. During this time, Lopate realized he enjoyed researching investment real estate, so he decided to pursue a career as an investment real estate agent. After a year with competing companies, he found Long & Foster and decided it was a match.  Lopate’s goals for real estate align with Trimborn and Kiziroglou’s vision.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Smokey, and exercising at the gym and with the Philadelphia Sports League.
