New home community is marketed by the Art Herling Team of Long & Foster

The preview opening of a new development in Skippack had more than 50 people in attendance last month. Marketed and launched by the Art Herling Team, three deposits have already been taken for homes in this community. Built by Marc Salamone homes, The Mills at Skippack consists of new construction townhomes starting in the upper $300’s within walking distance to Skippack Village. Inspired by contemporary farmhouse style, the homes offer optional rustic or traditional finishes and two options for the kitchen layout.

“We are very excited to launch, with Marc Salamone, a new community of high quality townhomes,” said Art Herling. “Thanks to Marc, we are able to offer several different designs to our buyers and with the houses being in walking distance to Skippack Village, we anticipate to sell out of this community quickly. Our team is working diligently to promote the community through many different avenues such as email marketing, social media, print marketing, etc. Come see what all the buzz is about at our decorated model home.”
