The 2-acre property was built in 2009 and is listed by Fouad Talout and Pascale Karam of Long & Foster Real Estate.

The month-long event includes tours of the completed DC Design House, a Decade of Design celebration, four boutiques, an onsite café featuring Relish Catering and special events to be held throughout the month.

Ticket sales from DC Design House, as well as a portion of the proceeds from boutiques and designer sales, will be donated to Children’s National. This year’s event is dedicated to Ann Lambeth, who was an avid supporter of the DC Design House and the design community.

The DC Design House is open to the public from Saturday, Sept. 30 to Sunday, Oct. 29 and tickets are $35. Visitors can tour the home from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
