Long & Foster Realtors Named America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL Trends

Congratulations to the more than 200 Long & Foster agents and teams who were recognized as America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL Trends! This report ranks top real estate professionals by sales volume and transaction sides, noting the leading agents in each state and metropolitan area.

It certainly is not an easy task to be included on this list. An agent must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in volume in the last year. Teams must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in volume.  All of the Long & Foster sales professionals on this list certainly deserve to be recognized for their hard work, and we are so proud of them!

Which Long & Foster Agents and Teams Made the List’s Top 10?

In Delaware, Long & Foster’s teams held four of the top 10 spots for teams by sides and teams by volume, with The Mottola Group ranking No. 1 for both categories. Levy Wilson earned the No. 2 ranking for teams by sides, followed by The Leslie Kopp Group at No. 5 and Erik Hoferer & Associates at No. 6. For teams by volume, as mentioned, The Mottola Group was in the No. 1 slot followed by The Leslie Kopp Group at No. 2, Levy Wilson at No. 4 and Erik Hoferer & Associates coming in at No. 8.

In Maryland,  The Creig Northrop Team earned the No. 1 position in the state for both transaction sides and volume. Additionally for the team volume ranking, the Heller Coley Reed Team ranked No. 6 and the Hubble Bisbee Group ranked No. 10. The Maryland Group also earned the No. 8 position for teams by sides. Pam Geib ranked at No. 4 in individuals by sides.

In Pennsylvania, The Art Herling Team ranked No. 5 for teams by volume and the Mike Mulholland Team earned the No. 10 position for teams by sides. Within the Philadelphia metro area (Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington),  The Art Herling Team ranked No. 4 for both teams by sides and by volume. The Mike Mulholland Team ranked No. 6 in teams by sides, and Jon Phillips ranked No. 5 for individuals by sides.

In Virginia, Lilian Jorgenson ranked No. 5 in individuals by volume and Laurie Mensing ranked No. 10. Charity P. Cox ranked as the state’s No. 2 real estate professional by transaction sides followed by Elaine M. Alfiero ranking No. 9. Debbie Dogrul Associates placed at No. 2 in teams by sides and No. 2 in teams by volume, while Tom & Cindy and Associates ranked at No. 8 in teams by sides and No. 4 by volume.

In West Virginia, The Butch Cazin Team ranked No. 2 by transaction sides.

In Washington, D.C., Roby Thompson placed No. 2 in individuals by transaction sides and No. 5 in individuals by volume.  Silvana Dias ranked No. 5 in individuals by sides while The Tamara Kucik Team placed at No. 7 for teams by sides.

In addition, our associates at Fonville Morisey, a Long & Foster company in North Carolina, made the list with Debbie Van Horn ranking No. 1 in the state for individuals by volume. Fonville Morisey’s Veneta Ford Group ranked No. 4 for teams by transaction sides.
