Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Torie Brady to its Tri-Cities Southpark office in Colonial Heights, Virginia. Brady will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Brady is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Brady holds membership in the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors.

“I’ve always had a passion for real estate and with Long & Foster I can help people find the home their heart belongs to,” Brady said.

Brady moved from New York to Virginia after having her first-born son. While in New York, she studied design and merchandising at Fashion Institute of Technology where she interned with designer Tommy Hilfiger. After studying at F.I.T., she went on to Long Island University to expand her knowledge in the sciences.

Brady has been an active member in Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity, the Long Island University Equestrian Team and Environmentalist Club. She has assisted in building over 10 churches in the New York Tri-City area and plans to continue her community services here in Virginia. She said she is very excited to be working with Long & Foster.
