Steady Sales at Long & Foster's Philadelphia Offices During April

“Year-to-date, our Philadelphia offices sales units are up 30 percent compared to 2013,” said Bob Albanese, senior regional vice president of the Philadelphia region.

Manager Camilo Concepcion said, “In addition, our average sale price increased compared with last April. These latest sales figures indicate that consumer confidence in the market is gaining strength and that homeownership remains a primary goal for many American families.”
