Salvatore ‘Sal' Bua Joins Long & Foster's Princeton Junction, N.J. Office

Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Salvatore “Sal” Bua to its Greater Princeton office, in Princeton Junction, N.J. Bua, who joins The Dellaira Group, specializes in first-time homebuyers as well as commercial properties.

A resident of Robbinsville, Bua is a member of the Mercer County Board of Realtors. He has successfully completed Long & Foster’s Star Builders program, an extensive training program for recently licensed sales associates, which includes instruction in contracts, agency, prospecting, business planning, finance, and working with buyers, sellers, and more.

In addition, he has attended a series of advanced real estate workshops. Bua holds two degrees from Rowan University, including a Bachelor’s of Science in finance as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in business administration/marketing. He has previously worked in property management as well as with foreclosed homes.

Bua is very active in the local community through a chain of family owned Italian restaurants, and has established a large network in the region. His interests include fitness and sports, and he enjoys basketball, volleyball and soccer, which he has played his entire life, as well as running. He will participate in his first half-marathon this spring. He also enjoys acting, promotional work and writing, and hopes to someday publish a book he is working on.
