Fonville Morisey Realty, a Long & Foster company, has appointed Rod Eller as its new Senior Vice President and Regional Manager. Eller brings to Fonville Morisey an extensive background in real estate leadership, having worked in the business for over three decades. Roberts Business Group is a coaching and consulting firm with offices throughout the United States, and they work with clients in diverse industries, from insurance to financial management. In that role, Eller helps organizations and individuals to improve performance and engagement in the areas of leadership, sales and customer service.

“It takes a highly knowledgeable and skilled leader to support real estate agents in today’s competitive environment, and we are confident that with Rod at the helm of Fonville Morisey, we’ll continue to achieve success for our agents and their clients,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Adding exceptional leaders to our team is how our company has helped local buyers and sellers meet their homeownership goals for over 45 years and how we’ll continue to do so for the years to come.”

Eller is an active member in his local Realtor associations in the Triad, Triangle and Charlotte metro areas. He has served in leadership roles with these organizations and volunteered on numerous committees. Eller has also received multiple honors from the real estate industry, being named Realtor of the Year in 2003 by the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors and receiving WSRAR’s Thomas W. Lambe, Jr. Hall of Fame Award in 2007.
