Mary Beth Pauley Named Regional Training Director Long & Foster Real Estate’s Southern Virginia Region

Mary Beth Pauley, a real estate professional for almost 15 years, has been named regional training director for Long & Foster Real Estate’s southern Virginia region. Pauley brings significant experience to the newly created position and is well respected in the real estate industry.

Pauley had previously served as a managing broker for Long & Foster in the Hampton Roads area. She is currently the president of the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors and is actively engaged in many facets of the business.

“I am very passionate about real estate and this new position will provide me with the opportunity to help new agents launch their real estate careers,” Pauley said. “Our new STEP training (Striving Towards Enhanced Production) is designed to provide a strong foundation for those new to the business. Long & Foster has a strong tradition of providing the training and tools to ensure the success of our agents.”
