Thousands of real estate agents and employees with Long & Foster Real Estate, including those at the Yardley, Pennsylvania, office, rolled up their sleeves and took part in the company’s 20th annual Community Service Day on June 7.

The Yardley office, chaired by Corbett Klein, chose to volunteer with Friends of Washington Crossing. They helped with cleaning and sprucing up at Bowman’s Tower in Washington Crossing.

Long & Foster’s Community Service Day took place at it’s over 220 locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, including its headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia. The annual event provides an opportunity for Long & Foster agents and staff to give back to their communities through a variety of service projects, including food drives, park clean-ups and more.

“Community Service Day is a vitally important component of Long & Foster and our corporate culture of giving,” said P. Wesley Foster Jr., founder, chairman and CEO of The Long & Foster Companies, the parent company of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Our Long & Foster family gains a tremendous sense of personal satisfaction by contributing their time and effort to the local communities in which we live and work.”
