Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, announced today that The Maryland Group, a team of agents based throughout the state, ranked 168th out of 250 for real estate teams nationwide, based on transaction sides in 2014, as ranked by REAL Trends, Inc.

The Maryland Group came together in 2014 when the previously REAL Trends ranked Brandon Brittingham Team of Salisbury, Md., and Team Gardiner of Frederick, Md., joined forces. The team includes more than 20 top-producing agents. The team is committed to focusing on leading technologies and marketing, and its agents are heavily trained in the art of negotiation and customer service.

Now in its 9th year, the Top Thousand features the four total lists, the top 250 individual sales agents by sales volume and transaction sides, as well as the top 250 teams by sales volume and transaction side.
