Brokerage relocates to the popular Southfield Retail Center

The Princeton Junction office of Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, has moved to new location in the Southfield Retail Center. The popular shopping center is home to several local restaurants and McCaffrey’s supermarket, making the new office a convenient location for home buyers and sellers in the Princeton Junction and West Windsor Township communities.

“Long & Foster is committed to having the best trained and best equipped agents in the business, and this new office helps us to accomplish those goals—giving us a comfortable working environment that’s designed for both collaboration and education,” said Michael Elliott, branch manager of Long & Foster’s Princeton Junction office. “The expansive café-style workspace offers a modern feel with high-tech amenities like a large flat-screen television for client presentations and interactive training sessions. It features state-of-the-art technology and facilities to provide a better training experience and business atmosphere, benefitting both our team and our clients.”

Elliott, who joined the office as its manager last August, will continue to lead the team of about 50 sales associates at the new facility. The team at Long & Foster’s Princeton Junction office offers a number of training programs at its current location, and the new facility will allow the team to host even more real estate programs for both new and advanced agents. Additionally, the office features executive conference rooms for home buyers and sellers to meet with their agents and discuss their real estate strategies.

Terry Spahr, regional manager of Long & Foster’s New Jersey, Delaware and Eastern Shore region, shared Elliott’s excitement about the new facility. “Our level of customer service is further enhanced with one-stop shopping—in addition to our professionally trained agents and staff, this location will also be home to our affiliated businesses, Prosperity Home Mortgage and Infinity Title Agency. With more than a dozen offices in New Jersey, we are well positioned to serve all real estate needs,” Spahr said.

Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, added, “we have no doubt that the new Princeton Junction office will be the go-to resource when consumers in Mercer County are looking to make confident, well-informed buying and selling decisions,” Scott said.

Long & Foster plans to hold a grand-opening celebration at the new office, which is located at 335 Princeton-Hightstown Road in Princeton Junction, in October. For more information, visit www.LongandFoster.com or contact the Princeton Junction office at 609-275-5101.
