Long & Foster Professionals Named as America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL Trends

More than 140 Long & Foster Real Estate sales professionals were recognized as America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL Trends on July 6. The report ranks real estate professionals by sales volume and transaction sides for the 2016 calendar year, noting the leading agents in each state and metropolitan area.

“We extend our congratulations to all our agents and teams who were named to this year’s America’s Best Real Estate Agents list by REAL Trends, and we are proud to have them as members of the Long & Foster family,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster and Gary Scott, presidents of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Those ranked are excellent examples of our company’s many highly trained professionals. They are passionate about what they do and dedicated to providing the best customer service possible to their clients as they guide them on their journeys home.”

Making the annual ranking requires individual agents to have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in volume in the last calendar year. Teams must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in volume.

Long & Foster’s Creig Northrop Team was ranked as the No. 1 team in Maryland by both transaction sides and sales volume. Also highly ranked was the Heller Coley Reed Team at No. 8 by volume, The Maryland Group at No. 9 by transaction sides, and The Banner Team at No. 10 by volume. Two individual agents also ranked in the top 10 by sales volume, including Meg Finn at No. 8 and Cheryl Leahy at No. 10.

In Delaware, Long & Foster’s real estate teams held five of the top 10 spots for both transactions and volume. The Mottola Group ranked No. 2 for both categories. The Levy Wilson team ranked No. 3 by transactions and No. 4 by volume, while The Leslie Kopp Group ranked No. 3 by volume and No. 6 by transactions. The McKee-Kubasko Group ranked as No. 5 by transactions and No. 6 by volume, and Erik Hoferer & Associates ranked No. 7 by volume and No. 8 by transactions. Andrew White ranked as No. 4 in Delaware for individual agents by number of transactions, and Carol Quattrociocchi ranked No. 9 for individual agents by transactions.

The Art Herling Team, based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, ranked as the No. 3 team in the state by both transaction sides and sales volume.

In Washington, D.C., Long & Foster’s Tamara Kucik earned the No. 6 team ranking for transactions. Kimberly Cestari was named as the No. 3 individual agent by transactions and No. 4 by volume for the District. She was closely followed by Roby Thompson, who ranked as No. 7 by transactions and No. 9 by volume.

Two Virginia Long & Foster teams were highly ranked in the America’s Best Real Estate Agents list. Debbie Dogrul Associates earned the No. 1 spot by sales volume and the No. 2 spot by transaction sides, and Tom & Cindy and Associates earned the No. 4 spot by volume and the No. 6 spot by transactions. Charity Cox was named as the No. 1 individual agent in Virginia by transaction sides. Darin Greear was ranked No. 4 by transactions, while Lilian Jorgenson was ranked No. 4 by sales volume for individual agents. Kyle Hause ranked at No. 6 by transactions, and Chris White ranked at No. 10 in volume for individual agents.

In addition, nine teams and individual agents with Fonville Morisey Realty, which is a Long & Foster Company, were named to the list in North Carolina. That includes Fonville Morisey agent Debbie Van Horn who ranked No. 7 in the state for individual agents by volume.
