Longtime Realtor, Broker Heidi Eller to Lead Location

Long & Foster Real Estate, the No. 1 privately owned residential real estate company in the United States, has opened a new office in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The office is temporarily located at 615 St. George Square Court, Suite 300, off Hanes Mall Boulevard, while the firm finalizes details of its permanent location. Heidi Eller, a real estate veteran with over 25 years of experience, has joined the firm as the office’s new managing broker.

Eller explained that Long & Foster has been expanding its footprint in North Carolina the past few years. The real estate company has done business in the state for over a decade—having acquired well-known firm, Fonville Morisey Realty in 2006. Over the last year, Long & Foster has opened a real estate sales office in Leland and now Winston-Salem and opened a property management office in the Raleigh area.

“I’m thrilled to lead the newest Long & Foster Real Estate office in North Carolina,” said Eller. “The company’s stellar presence in its many other markets brings to our area a great amount of appreciation for this well respected company, and I look forward to growing our presence in the area and even better supporting buyers and sellers throughout Forsyth County.”

Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, shared Eller’s excitement for the new office, adding that “Long & Foster has been home to the best-trained and best-equipped agents in the industry for nearly 50 years, and we have no doubt that the new Winston-Salem office will be the go-to resource when consumers in the area are looking to make confident, well-informed buying and selling decisions.”

Eller brings to Long & Foster over 25 years of experience in residential real estate, as well as a degree and background in interior design. That experience enables her to help clients visualize the full potential of a home, which has made her a consistent, award-winning real estate agent. During her career, she has received multiple honors for her exceptional sales results and service. In 2014 and 2015, she was named first runner-up for Best Real Estate Agent in The Winston-Salem Journal’s Reader’s Choice Awards. She will rely on that sales and customer service expertise to grow the Long & Foster office in Winston-Salem, and she has already recruited Nancy Currie, a global relocation specialist, to her office.
