Long & Foster Real Estate’s Commercial Division announced that it has completed a lease deal on behalf of Hoops Plus for its new 20,000-square-foot facility.

Represented exclusively by Najoua Benmlih and Art Miller, Hoops Plus, is a premier basketball and sports complex with the singular mission of “providing a dedicated modern facility to promote positive learning, and a fun and competitive experience for the youth.” The facility features hospitality rooms, two team huddle rooms, and three basketball courts with 25-foot ceilings.

According to Ken Ulsaker, managing broker, “Finding a location suitable for Hoops Plus’ unique column width requirements for their basketball courts was a challenging task. However, this successful deal is a great example of how our brokers’ expertise and diligence in helping clients reach their goal is deeply engrained in our mission. We’re proud to have worked with Hoops Plus and are confident that they will be very successful in this location.”

This flex building, located at 45496 Ruritan Circle in Sterling, Va., was developed by Hossain Esmaeili, LLC, in 2013. One of many reasons Hoops Plus chose this location is due to its proximity and easy access to Routes 28, 50, 267 and I-66.
