Long & Foster Commercial Closes $2.3 Million Investment Deal in Herndon, Va.

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned real estate company in the United States, has announced today that its Commercial Division, located in Tysons Corner, Va., has represented the buyer in the purchase of an investment property in historic downtown Herndon, Va. The property sold for $2.3 million.

The buyer was enticed by the desirable location and opportunity to participate in the revitalization of Herndon. The property is approved for mixed-use, garage townhomes, office and retail. It is a premier development opportunity for the buyer.

The buyer was represented by seasoned professional, Senior Vice President Arthur Nachman, who is a longtime Herndon resident. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Nachman has frequently been cited as a top producer in his career.
