Long & Foster Associates Named as America’s Best Real Estate Agents

Nearly 170 Long & Foster Real Estate sales professionals and teams were recognized as America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL Trends on July 9. The report ranks real estate professionals by sales volume and transaction sides for the 2017 calendar year, noting the leading agents in each state and metropolitan area.

Making the annual ranking requires individual agents to have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in volume in the last calendar year. Teams must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in volume.

In Delaware, Long & Foster’s teams earned eight of the top 10 rankings for both transaction sides and sales volume. Both the Mottola Group and the Leslie Kopp Group ranked the highest at No. 2 by transaction sides and sales volume, respectively. The Mottola Group also received a No. 3 ranking for sales volume. Levy Wilson ranked No. 5 for transaction sides, as well as No. 6 for sales volume. Erik Hoferer & Associates ranked twice as well, with a No. 6 ranking for transaction sides and a No. 8 ranking for sales volume. The Leslie Kopp Group also ranked at No. 8 for transaction sides. Two individual Long & Foster agents ranked this year in Delaware’s top 10 associates, both for transaction sides. Carol Quattrociocchi ranked No. 6, while Shirley Price ranked at No. 10.

Two teams and two individual agents ranked among the top 10 for both transactions sides and volume in Maryland for this past year. Both earning the No. 6 position, the Maryland and Delaware Group of Long & Foster ranked for transaction sides and Heller Coley Reed ranked for sales volume. Michael Matese was one of the top individual Long & Foster agents in Maryland, ranking No. 8 for sales volume. The other, J.D. DiGirolamo ranked No. 10 for transaction sides.

In New Jersey, the R.J. Soens Group earned the No. 10 position in the state for team sales volume.

The Butch Cazin Team from West Virginia also earned honors in their state’s top 10 rankings, earning the No. 4 position for transaction sides.

In Pennsylvania, the Art Herling Team ranked No. 3 for both transaction sides and sales volume for this past year.

Long & Foster’s partners at Fonville Morisey Realty also earned honors in the top 10 in North Carolina, with associate Debbie Van Horn placing No. 4 in sales volume for the past year.

Two individuals from D.C. ranked in the top 10 for the last year. For transaction sides, Cihan Baysal received a No. 3 ranking. Kimberly Cestari ranked No. 5 in transaction sides, as well as No. 6 in sales volume.

Virginia had 12 associates and teams earn positions in the top 10 rankings. Debbie Dogrul Associates ranked No. 3 for sales volume and No. 4 for transaction sides. Tom & Cindy and Associates also ranked for both volume and units, placing at No. 7 for sales volume and at No. 9 for transaction sides. For transaction sides, the Yeatman Group ranked at No. 8. For individual agents, Lilian Jorgenson ranked the highest at No. 3 for sales volume. Chris White ranked No. 4 for sales volume, while Kyle Hause ranked No. 4 for transaction sides. Charity Cox placed at No. 5 for transaction sides. Laurie Mensing ranked No. 8 for sales volume, and Darin Greear ranked No. 9 for transaction sides. Meghan Oliver placed No. 10 for transaction sides.
