Long & Foster Real Estate, the No. 1 privately owned residential real estate company in the country, has named Kenneth Fagan as the manager of both its Ft. Washington and Mitchellville, Maryland, offices. Fagan, who has nearly 17 years of experience in real estate and sales management, was named as the branch manager of the Mitchellville office in 2014 and will now manage both offices. He will be working alongside new sales manager, LaGreta Dennis, who has been an agent with the Ft. Washington office.

“It’s been great leading the wonderful team at the Mitchellville office and I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with more of the Long & Foster family in my new role at the Ft. Washington office,” Fagan said. “Long & Foster attracts high-caliber sales associates and is an industry leader because of its focus on providing the best and latest tools, technology and training available. I look forward to working with our highly trained professionals in Ft. Washington as well as with LaGreta, and I’m sure she’ll provide excellent guidance to the agents at both Mitchellville and Ft. Washington.”

“I’m eager to work with Kenneth and the many sales associates who call Long & Foster’s Mitchellville and Ft. Washington offices home,” Dennis said. “I look forward to helping them gain knowledge and experience that will help them grow their business and help their clients reach their real estate goals.”

Prior to working with Long & Foster, Fagan had a dual-career and worked as a sales associate at a brokerage in York, Pennsylvania, and as a branch manager at a baking company also in the York area. Throughout his career he has demonstrated a proven ability to lead sales teams and help them to grow their exsisting business while developing new opportunities – skills he brought with him to Long & Foster. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors, and he attended Drexel University and graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute.

Dennis, who has been a sales associate at Long & Foster’s Ft. Washington office, has more than 17 years of real estate experience and is a graduate of Virginia Tech. She’s known for her exceptional customer service, as well as her knowledge of the laws and practices of real estate. Those skills, along with her positive and proactive attitude, are why she was chosen to work with Fagan to support and lead the teams at Long & Foster’s Mitchellville and Ft. Washington offices.

“Supporting today’s real estate sales professionals takes highly knowledgeable and experienced leaders,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We are confident that having Kenneth and LaGreta leading the teams in Mitchellville and Ft. Washington will result in the synergy that our agents thrive on. This is how our company has continued to help local buyers and sellers meet their homeownership goals for more than 45 years.”
