Local Small Business Expands in Two New Markets

May 1, 2018

Long & Foster Real Estate announced today that local business, Bond’s Escape Room, is opening a second location at Market Common Clarendon in Arlington, Virginia. They were represented by Jennifer Burke of Long & Foster’s Commercial Division in Tysons, Virginia. The primary location for Bond’s Escape Room opened in 2015 in Fairfax, Virginia.  Burke represented the tenant in both transactions.

Bond’s Escape Room offers a unique, new kind of entertainment for all ages involving puzzles and clues to “escape” from themed rooms – perfect for families, groups of friends, team building or birthday parties.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Bond’s Escape Room to our merchandising mix,” said Andrew Kabat, vice president and market officer for Regency Centers. “Their unique offerings and entertainment experience will compliment a growing and vibrant retail destination. As we continue to enhance the center, operators like these will solidify this property as the place-to-be for the local communities.”

“Our goal is to give our guests an exciting, innovative experience that will leave happy memories. We will have a total of twelve rooms (six regular-size games with six miniature games), all designed by our escape room enthusiasts who create the kind of games that we’d want to play. We hope to see you when we open this August.” said Egor Bondarev, chief executive officer of Bond’s Escape Room

“We are very excited for the new store front in Clarendon as this will be a fun new addition for the community,” said Jennifer Burke, commercial real estate associate of the Long & Foster Commercial Division.

“We’re very pleased to have negotiated this transaction as this business has been a great tenant to represent,” said Ron Glass, vice president and managing broker of the Long & Foster Commercial Division.
