Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Leslie Margolies to its Blue Bell’s satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike. She will be working with The Art Herling Team. This office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips. Margolies will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Leslie join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Weidman-Phillips. “The combination of Long & Foster and Leslies’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Margolies has been a licensed attorney and a staunch consumer advocate for over 25 years. She received a bachelor’s in history from Northwestern University in 1982 and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University in 1986. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2013 when she established her solo legal practice, The Real Estate Law Group, which provides affordable legal representation for people with property problems. She handles a variety of legal matters such as actions to quiet title, breach of contract, credit repair, drafting legal documentation, landlord-tenant disputes, mechanics liens, property tax appeals, partition actions and other real estate litigation.

Margolies has created a niche as a Realtor, helping real estate investors and other property owners who have some type of legal challenge preventing them from selling their property. She also has a great deal of experience in marketing and is the creator of The Bulldog Marketing Campaign, which she designed for sellers who need to sell a property swiftly because of a legal issue.

Margolies prides herself in providing her real estate clients with excellent communication and a true understanding of the meaning and implication of the legal documentation they sign, as well as a superior understanding of contract law and contract negotiation. She decided to join Long & Foster to learn more about working with builders and developers from Herling who has substantial experience in that area of real estate practice. She is pleased to join Herling’s team as well as the team at Long & Foster and Christie’s International Real Estate, and she looks forward to working together.
