Jim Grimes Joins Long & Foster’s Ocean City, N.J., Office

Jim Grimes has joined the Ocean City, N.J., office of Long & Foster.

Jim Grimes, a leading real estate professional, has joined the Ocean City, N.J., office of Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States. Grimes comes to Long & Foster from a competing local brokerage, where he built a successful career in residential and new construction sales over the past 17 years. In addition to his new role with the Long & Foster team in Ocean City, N.J., Grimes will be working with the company’s Haverford, Pa., location, as he grows his business from the Main Line and Center City to the Jersey shore.

Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Grimes specializes in general residential real estate and new construction development. He is currently pursuing his broker’s license to better support his clients through their real estate transactions, and he has earned numerous awards for his real estate accomplishments, including the Circle of Excellence Sales Award (formerly Million Dollar Sales Club) from the New Jersey Association of Realtors. Grimes credits his success to his commitment to operating with honesty and integrity in every business relationship.

Before entering the real estate industry, Grimes worked for Prudential as a special agent. He also had experience as a stockbroker and investment advisor with the company. A graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, Grimes currently lives in Penn Valley, Pa. In his free time, he serves as a referee for high school varsity lacrosse games in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and he enjoys fishing, playing lacrosse and skiing.
