Dennis Mather, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Bethany Beach, Delaware, office, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation.

Awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the CRS designation recognizes that Mather is an expert in working within the residential market using a variety of proven tools such as networking to deliver the highest quality and professional service possible to today’s homebuyers and sellers.

Mather has a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University, and is a member of Towson University’s board of visitors and its athletes’ advisory board. He also holds an MBA from University of Baltimore.
