Featuring 23 designers and many unique, beautiful spaces, the 10th annual DC Design House benefiting Children’s National Health System is open through October 29. The home, located at 9004 Congressional Court in Potomac, Maryland, is a $10.28 million mansion with over 27,000-square-feet of living space. It is listed by Fouad Talout and Pascale Karam of Long & Foster Real Estate.

The mansion includes nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and four half bathrooms, a ballroom, multiple kitchens, a library with his and hers offices, a pool and pool house with an apartment, a cinema and an elevator. The 23 participating designers were each assigned a space within the property to create their vision. Many of the rooms center on a specific theme or purpose and feature one-of-a-kind pieces and the latest design trends.

Tickets for the DC Design House are $35 per person and all proceeds from ticket sales go to Children’s National. Visitors can tour the home from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
