Danai Mattison Sky Named Sales Manager of Long & Foster’s Capitol Hill Office

Danai Mattison Sky, a top producing real estate professional who began her career in 2009, has been named sales manager of the Capitol Hill office of Long & Foster Real Estate, the nation’s No. 1 family-owned residential real estate company and the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in the Washington, D.C. region. Mattison Sky, who brings significant career achievements to her new position, is well respected in the local Realtor community.

Mattison Sky, the daughter of Long & Foster Realtor and top producer Dale Mattison, has spent her entire life around the real estate industry and achieved $20 million in sales volume in the first year of her career. She worked with The Mayhood Company, a leading new home condominium sales and marketing firm in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. She joined her father in business in 2010, was a Realtor Magazine 30 Under 30 honoree in 2013 and has received numerous industry awards and recognition.

Mattison Sky is active in the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors and currently serves on the GCAAR board of directors. She serves on the GCAAR Communications and Young Professional Network committees, as well as on NAR’s Strategic Thinking Committee. She takes great pride in her communication skills, and feels passionate about working to build and maintain strong relationships in the community.

Mattison Sky is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She and her husband Barak Sky, also a top-producing agent with Long & Foster, live in Washington, D.C. She is licensed in the District and Maryland.
