Claire Forcier-Rowe Named Manager of Long & Foster’s Short Pump Office in Richmond

Claire Forcier-Rowe, a real estate professional for more than 22 years, has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Short Pump office, located at 3428 Pump Road in Richmond, Virginia. Previously, Forcier-Rowe was managing Long & Foster’s Bay/River and Deltaville offices, as well as co-managing the York/Peninsula location, along the Virginia coastline.

Forcier-Rowe’s real estate career began in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she was previously affiliated with Long & Foster, and she has served in management roles for over a decade. She has earned numerous honors and awards throughout her career, including receiving Realtor of the Year, Manager of the Year, Professional Honor Roll and Hall of Fame awards from the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR), and Manager of the Year and Honor Society from the Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR).

Consistently working to serve the Realtor community and develop her skills, Forcier-Rowe is the current president of VAR, where she has also served as vice president and as a member of its board of directors. She is a past president of FAAR, a graduate of both the National Association of Realtors’ and VAR’s leadership academies, and holds an associate broker license. Forcier-Rowe has earned numerous advanced real estate designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, among others.

When not involved in real estate, Forcier-Rowe loves being on the water, whether it is boating or just relaxing, with her husband, Sean.
